OLD TIME RADIO

Here at SCI-FI-LONDON we love the latest science fiction... well, anything, comic books, movies, TV shows and of course audio.

But as well as enjoying new worlds and stories, we love classic old-time stuff. So, we have started collecting together some amazing audio and video sci-fi from the 40s, 50s, and 60s.  Scroll down to see some of the collections we have put together.

ROSSUM'S UNIVERSAL ROBOTS.

So you know the word ROBOT came from Karel Capek's 1921 play right?   As a 3 hour long drama, it was probably great in 1921 but a bit long for a modern audience.   So, we updated the script and presented a rehearsed reading at the British Library in 2011.

The full performance was recorded live, click below to hear it.
